Erika was definitely the best part of the home-buying process for us. Was available even on holidays! As a first-time home buyer, we needed a little extra guidance. Went above and beyond to answer any question that we could have. Not only did she help negotiate a better price for us, but also negotiated an entire irrigation system to be added as well as landscaping and seeding. Having Erika as our Realtor® was an asset due to all of the local connections she has in the area. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to hear back from her, which is huge especially when buying a home throughout the holiday season.
