Erika and Brandi are fantastic! Erika really listened to all of our needs and found us the perfect house! She was also very timely, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend.

Erika was definitely the best part of the home-buying process for us. Was available even on holidays! As a first-time home buyer, we needed a little extra guidance. Went above and beyond to answer any question that we could have. Not only did she help negotiate a better price for us, but also negotiated an entire irrigation system to be added as well as landscaping and seeding. Having Erika as our Realtor® was an asset due to all of the local connections she has in the area. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to hear back from her, which is huge especially when buying a home throughout the holiday season.
